Was I once a sausage seller?đŸ€š

That small person in the brown jacket is me!

I look so small – like I don’t belong in that Moscow open air market on a cold November day, in post-Soviet Russia.

So what was I doing there?

This photo was taken in the late 90’s while I was studying in Moscow. I wanted to connect with locals, so I signed up for Aerobics classes! đŸ’ƒđŸ»đŸƒđŸ»â€â™€ïžđŸ€žđŸ»â€â™€ïž

I started going everyday & built up such a great bond with my aerobics ladies that they asked me to train them to be instructors (I had already been a certified professional for many years). So…

  • I met and trained hundreds of amazing women all over the former USSR.
  • I created, ran, & sold my very 1st training business in a country and during a time where women were not “treated equally…”
  •  I celebrated March 8th for the 1st time!đŸ€—

Am so grateful to have had this experience. Being supported by a group of smart & persistent Russian ladies taught me to never give up & never take no for an answer! 😉

Always believe that anything & everything is possible.

PS: I was in the market sourcing materials to build fitness equipment! Not selling sausages!😁
